The aim of the Association is to
- promote the craft of beekeeping,
- to train new beekeepers and others who wish to safely keep bees,
- to improve the knowledge and skills of our members
- to keep healthy stocks of bees
- to help encourage good practice in beekeeping,
- to encourage members of the public to help our bees by planting bee friendly gardens
